New Year's Resolutions

posted 31 Dec 2018, 02:53 by Debbie Walker

So it's that time of year when we set out our New Year's resolutions and most commonly we look at our health and fitness.
My advice is to keep it manageable and realistic. Start by improving your diet, making healthier choices and concentrating on portion control.
Start to increase your activity level. Maybe start going to the gym a few times a week, or going for some nice long walks, or embark on getting a more tailored approach by seeking advice and help from a personal trainer.
Just remember it's going to be maintainable and you need to stick with it, so small changes to begin with are best. Good luck.

Free Personal Assessment

Your assessment
Don't worry, this is pain free and totally geared around you.  You can get in great shape without ever touching a dumbbell or piece of gym equipment, or we can use weights & equipment to tone and shape.
I'd advise seeing your GP if you have any health concerns to chat over the fact that you're planning to start exercise, we can then build the advice into your programme.
I'm offering an assessment to you without charge or obligation.  Getting in touch could just be the start of great things, but don't worry if after meeting you decide not to start working with me.

Available until 30th June 2013
