New Year's Resolutions

So it's that time of year when we set out our New Year's resolutions and most commonly we look at our health and fitness. 
My advice is to keep it manageable and realistic. Start by improving your diet, making healthier choices and concentrating on portion control.
Start to increase your activity level. Maybe start going to the gym a few times a week, or going for some nice long walks, or embark on getting a more tailored approach by seeking advice and help from a personal trainer.
Just remember it's going to be maintainable and you need to stick with it, so small changes to begin with are best. Good luck.
